If today was a different day
maybe I'd smile
maybe I'd sit and laugh
maybe I would wipe these tears

If today was a different day
mabye I'd be over you
maybe my mind would clear
maybe I'd forget you

but today is now
and all I want is to die
the pain is too much to take
Im about to break

yesterday I took a knife
and planned to take it out
the promises of screams and shouts
are the only thing that made me stop

all the pain locked deep within
