A place for my thoughts©

A place inside my head
is exploding with thoughts
mostly about the bast*ard
that broke my heart

I can't find anywhere to go
so at my bedside I stay
at a peaceful place I find
and wish to stay

It's a place deep within
whenever I feel the blade
the precious angel that
has helped me mend

the blood is running
is like setting me fear
but when it heals
its like catching me again

Do you think of my pain
and you sit and stare
wanting nothing more
then to scar these veins
