I like how you displayed the cover you put on to hide unwanted emotions and turmoils. I also liked how you added the common knowledge between people with these emotions, and that people are not alone in these feelings. I can really, really relate to these lines,
"Hide your pain for the next day
Wipe away each tear
Apply some make-up to cover up
Just like you have the past year

Pull down your sleeve
So no one can see the scars
Made each night from sorrow
When everyone is so very far"
