Christmas Tree

by Stephanie   Feb 24, 2005

A forty-inch plasma screen T.V.
An Ipod or a mini MP3.
Look at us, the things we ask for…
Not thinking about the less fortunate or even the poor.
I know we’re all guilty of looking under the that tree
And wondering, “How many of those presents are for me?”
Does god even cross your mind?
Or are you to busy thinking about yourself all the time?
Do me a favor- this year when you look under the tree…
Think of everyone else besides the word “me”.

Great poem! God is good isn't He.
