She never got over you

Just when I thought she was over you,
You come in her life and start to fool.
You don't know when to stop your games.
Thanks to you, its herself she blames.

While you sit there and have your fun,
The pain for her has just begun.
She doesn't know why you treat her this way.
It gets worse and worse everyday.

You play tricks on her.
You mess with her head.
Sometimes she wishes,
That she were dead.

You just don't know,
What goes through her mind.
She thinks about suicide,
All the time.

She brought it up,
To her friends.
They didn't think,
That her life would end.

They didn't understand,
The way she was feeling.
She cut herself,
And watched her arm bleeding.

She went back to school,
To talk to her friends.
They didn't understand,
The pain she was in.

She came home from school.
Sat on her bed.
Tired to stop the evil thoughts,
From running through her head.

She just couldn't stop thinking about it.
She didn't know why.
She couldn't get the thoughts out of her head.
No matter how hard she'd try.

Some kids found out,
About her cuts.
They kept on teasing.
They didn't know how much is enough.

She ran and ran,
The whole way home.
But she didn't know,
That she would be alone.

She ran into her room,
And locked the door.
She couldn't stand it.
She didn't want to live anymore.

She wanted to cut,
But that wouldn't do the job.
Then her heart began to throb.

She opened the door,
And ran down the stairs.
She kept on thinking about,
How nobody cared.

She got into the basement,
And thought some more.
Then she started shaking,
and fell to the floor.

She crawled over to the dresser,
And pulled out the drawer.
She heard voices in her head.
They said don't do this anymore.

She pulled out the gun,
And her heart beated quicker.
Soon enough,
She decided to pull the trigger.

Her heart suddenly stopped.
And then the world stopped spinning.
The boy didn't realize.
That it was him who was winning.
