I Tried....

I tried to write a poem
To explain all the reasons I love you
But I could never find the right words
And I gave up half way through

I tried to find the right words
But they always came out wrong
Nothing seemed to flow right
The words didn't belong

Time and time again I wrote
But no matter how hard i tried
Nothing came out right
And I didn't know why

But after much analyzation
I found this fact to be true
there are no words in the world to describe
All the beauty that lies within you

So as I fail yet again
To convey the way I feel about you with my words
I hope that you understand
Everything that you've heard

Simply put
After all that we've been through
I just had to take this chance to say
I really do love you
