then finally after months
we actually became friends

we also had nicknames
you still call me ding dong
then with you becoming more famous
you had to go on tour
but we began talking
even more and more
then that horrible day came
that tore me apart
you married your girlfriend
but i knew she was a sweetheart
so i tried to get revenge
and i got a boyfriend
but he was nothing compared to you
so i had to let that relationship end
then i though of how close weve become
throughout the years
