You think every things perfect
but you can't see behind her eyes
all you see is fake smiles and laughs
not the dark and ugly lies
so she's only 15 and shouldn't have any worries
but 15 is only a number
if you'd take the time to look at her
you'd realize her life is limber
she doesn't want to live anymore
so she cuts and scars her wrists
smokes and does all these drugs
everyday she's taking risks
what could possible be wrong with her
she's skinny and rich and has tons of friends
you think she just wants attention
and you say to stop...the nonsense has to end
she continues cutting and doing drugs
but somehow she is different then before
she no longer tries to hide behind smiles
instead she hides behind her bedroom door
She listens to angry music
about death and suicide
wears all black and doesn't eat
her soul has already died
her problems are really complicated
she herself doesn't understand
in her eyes she's ugly and fat
and theirs on-one to lend her a hand
she exercises 4 hours a day
her weights down to 97
won't be Happy till she's down to 60 by then she may be in heaven
she wears her makeup really thick
hoping to be pretty like her old friends
but nothing ever
seems to work
when will all this madness end?
her parents dint think it's serious
it's just a phase it will pass
but weeks turn into months
time is going so fast
it's 4 o'clock in the morning
and the girl is wide awake
her boyfriend just broke up with her
she's had all that she can take
she starts planing her own death
decides tonight will be the night
she's so gross and worthless
her life she can not fight
she grabs her marijuana
decides to get high before the end
takes a couple aderal
she wants her heart to mend
under her bed she grabs her knife
her one and only friend
glides it through her arms and legs
they're so sore they do not bend
she lays on her bed
and waits till her life is done
next time anyone sees her
she'll be beyond the sun
Friends and family gather around tears streaming from their eyes
they had no idea she was this bad
so now they have to say their goodbyes
