Standing In The Rain~

I've written lot's of poems, some hopeful and some sad,
But lately all that comes to mind is everything gone bad.
I always try to hide it, but still these thoughts are real,
And everyday it's harder to escape from what I feel.
I wake up every morning, pretending I forgot,
But still the rain continues, and I realize I have not.
Yet worse things happen everyday, so how can I complain?
I guess I'll just keep standing here, standing in the rain.
