Holding you

by Michael   Feb 27, 2005

Lying there
The moon reflects a stark cold white light upon your face
As I hold you

The sound of the night and the pedestrians walking by
Tuned out and all I can hear is your soft deep breathes

As I hold you
Everything feels right and nothing can go wrong
Slimmer of light across your porcelain chest and the words I love you from your mouth

The movement of two lovers meant to be and never torn apart
And as I hold you the beats synchronize from our hearts

Hours go by
Nothing can go wrong
This blissful heaven seems so surreal
As I hold you . . .
