World Of Loneliness

by Joy Coleman   Feb 27, 2005

I just entered the world of loneliness
I am so confused about this world
Every time I try to breathe, I get a sharpen pain in my heart
Every time I try to hold back the tears, black streams flow down my face
Every time I try to hold on, I fall harder
Nothing seems right in this world
The roses are black and drip red dew
The air is misty and smells of teardrops
In the water I see a reflection of him and me
So I just sit under the tree of memories
And pray that someday I get taken away from this world of loneliness

Good poem! You're right. Sometimes the world is very lonely. Read some of my stuff if you ever get the chance.
