Quiet demise

by Sinister Soire   Feb 27, 2005

He lived in a strange and silent house
And looked out with calm eyes
He was a stranger to the world
But he was not lonely

Calmly gazing to it all
His face into all danger
Always cautious in his ways
But not in all his days

Words did not mean much
He lived in a silent world
Quiet gestures were all
That kept him from his fall

Quietly screaming cries
Suffocating under everything
No strangers recognizing his pain
His demise so simply plain

When his world dissolved
And crumbled beneath him
He had no last resort
But he was not lonely
