Life

This life we live right here on earth
is just so hard to deal
we think that it is just a dream
until it seems so real

we realize this when something bad
begins to take a form
then the next time we look up
our life is a big storm

then our lives just turn around
we start to think of death
we get mixed up with all these thoughts
and think it's our last breath.

the perfect As soon flow to D's
our schedule is a mess
the sports we loved aren't as fun
our minds are full of stress

our friendships fade and we get sad
that gift was just so grand
we wish that we could talk to them
but they won't understand

everyone around us
just acts so happily
we are feeling so much pain
why can't they just see.

deep inside we feel alone
even when they're around
we just put a smile on
and we don't make a sound

we try to keep the pain
deep, where is shall lie
but when we are alone
all we do is cry.

our feelings rolling over
we want our lives to end
but if we took the time
we could find a friend

there's always someone out there
who feels the same as you
i know you can't believe it
but it's surely true

find someone to talk to
if you're feeling sad
there's always someone there
a friend, your mom, your dad.

your life is your's you know,
try to make the best
your sadness was a lesson
one of life's big tests.
