The Most Awful Dream

I had the most horrifying dream last night
I wasn't falling into an endless pit
It was worse than that

I had the most evil dream last night
A psycho didn’t chase me
It was worse than that

I had the most loathsome dream last night
I wasn't drowning in a deep, black sea
It was worse than that

I had the most perverted dream last night
I wasn't in a dark room completely alone
It was worse than that

I had the most mournful dream last night
It showed me at my worst
In an angry and melancholy state of being
The evil blade dancing across my body

I had the most egregious dream last night
No one was trying to kill me
It was worse than that
I was trying to kill myself

    Very powerful indeed, the way you repeated the same line was effective. My fav. lines were...
    'I had the most shameful dream last night
    It showed me at my worst
