Unbarring Hatred

by Miss Kay   Mar 1, 2005

You try to stand tall
To make everyone think you're fine
We wait for the day that you fall
Just watching it, the honor would be mine

The words that were said to you were meaningless
You believed it all too much
Now you're corrupted with loneliness
I've made you suffer with my deadly touch

Haven't you figured it out yet?
Or are you too blind to see
What you want isn't what you get
Especially when he has someone like me

I laugh at you, I laugh in your face
You think the pain will all go away
It cant; not when you're such a disgrace
You always have been, even to this day

We all know you have problems, you honestly show it
You really must realize
The things you say don't mean shit
People aren't even going to sympathize

For you the son of life has already died
The stars have fallen; they're no long in the sky
No one will remember the tears you cried
And no one will even ask why

I want to see you fall, fall to your knees
Your world turns to ice
As you're begging the pain to leave, even saying please
Fearing death since you know that's the price

The price you will pay is from your hatred
Hatred of all that surrounds you
Losing everything that has ever been sacred
To pay the price is what I'm forcing you to do

Goodnight little one
It's time for you to go
Go peacefully
No one will even know
