One second to trust
One second to lie
One second to live
One second to die

One second
Is all it takes
To do a wrong
Or make mistakes

One second
Can put things right
Could help someone
Or prevent a fight

Use your seconds wisely
Because you never know
The outcome of that second
Could cause a high or low
