Rose

I am sitting in a class room
With all of my fellow students
But yet I feel really alone
Like a rose in a desert
I am rotten and dry
But I am still alive
You can still save me
If you try
I am thirsty
I really need water
You have to care for me
And I am sure I’ll get pretty
I need you now
More then ever
I want you here
With me forever
I loved you before
And I love you now
And even though you left me
I’ll love you forever.

    i liked this poem altho i think it could do with not repeating the word forever at the end and aslo think i wud be nice to describe more feelings of ur lonelyness and compare it more the rose in the desert as i thought it was a really great metaphor to use!
