You wont ever know how much you mean to me
Your buried deep in my heart where no one else can be

To hold your hand and kiss you is momentarily but a dream
To look deep in your eyes and see how they gleam

To stay up late listening to your sweet voice
Mesmerized by your presence as if I have no choice

Staying together until the break of day
Pushing every bad feeling away

But as close as our hearts seem to be
I want you here next to me

When I feel so alone without you at night
I look up and the Moon and stars and feel alright

Counting each one with a reason of how perfect you are
But the problem is I ran out of stars

I look up and think we're not really that far away
I'll sit here waiting until that one special day

The Moon is the same one you look up and see
And that thought makes it feel like your next to me
