Little One.

You can't hide behind me all of your life, you have to learn to walk away and get out of the footsteps you think I've so neatly engraved. You know I'll always be there for you, but I don't see what else I can do. I can't be the one to hold you up all the time, you've got to find your own strength, not just feed off mine. To tell you the truth, I've got barely enough strength for one, let alone two. I was little once too, I looked up to someone, but not quite the same way you do. I looked up to someone strong, someone that was worth looking up to. I know you want me to be that for you, but I'm not sure I'm quite so able to. You know I love you little one, but you've got to move out of my shadow, be young, go have fun. Now when times get hard, and things fall down, I still want you to remember I'll always be around.

Alexis Anne, I love you little girl, you're one of a kind and your always going to be a part of my world. And know that if I could make things better for you, I would in a heart beat, your little you don't deserve the type of life you have.
