If I died tomorrow

by Sinister Soire   Mar 3, 2005

If I died tomorrow
Would anybody care?
A little column in the paper
One that’s hardly there

Would there be people
Mourning my swift death?
Would anybody even notice,
That I am out of breath?

How long would my body
Be sitting on my floor?
Waiting to be found by love
Behind my closed locked door

Would anybody really care?
If I did not come to school
Would they notice for a week?
That I’m drowning in this pool

Thinking all about this
I think about my love
Thinking if she would ever know
Or join me up above

Would my friends and family
Mourn my loss in sorrow
Would they notice that I’m gone
If I died tomorrow

    Sad but though beautiful
I think becky drake says the truth, everybody's feels that way sometimes I think. Your poem is so full of emotions, I dont really know you But i'm sure that many people will care if you die, and they will noticed you're not here anymore. Don't make yourself down Try to stay positive. I know how hard it can be. 5/5 for sure.

I think every one at times thinks exactly what you wrote. As a child I did, and as an adult I still do. I'm not a depressed person, as most people think if you write something like this, its just our emotions......Sometimes we are so elated with joy, and others we are just kinda down.....i know you are a very talented writer, because you make your feelings real, and the readers feel it also....Great job, please look at mine when you have time, Love ya Becky
