A part of me

I feel alone and i know i am.
I'm not afraid because i understand.
if there's someone out there let me know.
don't try to hide it, just let it show.

the depression is too far inside.
i can't take it out.
the depression is what I'm all about.
it's become a part of me.
this is what I've come to be.

soon it will be all of me.
i keep it locked up inside until it's done.
when it's done we'll become one.
I'll have nothing to do but let it go on.

I'm so cold.
it's too late I've got nothing to hold.
I've lost all hope.
leave me behind in a lonely state of mind.
