Dredful Memories

With all the things left in the past,
Why do the memories have to last?
Why cant we all just forget?
About all the bad people we ever met
The bad things that happen to us should just go away
Stay in our minds for only one day
Then after that we could go on with our normal living
We’d get rid of the sadness that these memories are giving
But life makes us relive them in our minds
Makes us hurt so many times
The memories play in our heads until we cry
They hurt so bad some of us choose to die
The rest of us stay here and try to survive
Survive through the memories that ruin our lives.
