Lycan Lies Waiting

by Ð맆îñ¥   Mar 3, 2005

Weary eyes are staring at you
But they’re hidden by his tough hair
Showing his mouth in its permanent snarl
Like a wolf’s

His figure tower, seeming to stretch out
His white beard suggests age and wisdom
But he has seen but ten new moons since affected

His eyes pierce the day and conceal the night
They show his everlasting sorrow
And the darkness of the soul

The air about him freezes as his breath shatters the silence
And as this new night breaks
His face distorts in his anguish
A look of horror and distaste spreads across his mouth
There’s a flicker of those deep knives between his lips

The body crumples and his eyes close
Now he waits in his own darkness

**possibly horror but its gone in fantasy lol. this is basically an english assignment i wrote and i've just altered it. **
