Laughing

by Ð맆îñ¥   Mar 4, 2005

Can you hear me; I’m laughing
At the absurdity of my situation
Surprising preposition to be made
From a man I loathe
Or I think I did

You don’t like me; you can’t love me
And yet you offer me your hand
Such an odd position I have found myself in
And I’m laughing

A few months have passed
I’ve found you again
You prove your love to me
This time I feel the same
Now we’re laughing
