I wrote this for my tough teacher mr hill after he cried

Dear Mr hill we wanted to say,
we were scared when you cried that day,
you were so emotional with that one call,
you hung up and started to bawl,
not many of us have seen the "rock hard hill" cry,
we thought someone was sick or someone had died,
when you cried it hurt us so much,
when we figured out why our hearts were touched,
I'm guessing the conversation you had with your daughter,
touched you so much your eyes filled with water,
you yell at us when we are bad,
your eyes get fire red when your mad,
but when you are sad it makes us think,
its not fire red its more a bright pink,
the color of emotion that your eyes show,
help us to think and help us to know,
that your human, your shape and size,
thanks for getting us to realize,
the redness in your face just the color,
has not only one meaning but another,
sometimes it scares us when you get mad,
it makes us worried when you are sad,
you barely cry its inhumane,
to keep inside emotion and pain,
the words from your child can make you sad,
i guess thats what its like being a dad,
we all know what its like to sit down and weep,
we sometimes cry ourselves to sleep,
we know how it feels to cry for a kid,
i would have done the same thing you did,
kids are always in your heart and mind,
good, evil, any kind,
your a good person teacher and dad,
even when your upset or sad.
YOUR KIDS ARE LUCKY TO HAVE A FATHER LIKE YOU,
DON'T DENY IT WE ALL KNOW ITS TRUE,
LOOK MR HILL WE WANTED YOU TO KNOW,
OUR FEELINGS FOR YOU ISN'T JUST WHAT WE SHOW!
you love your kids so dearly,
thats something we'll never forget,
your such a great fatherly influence,
something we didn't expect,
your eyes could get red with fury,
or get mad and sit without saying one thing,
you could think that we're annoying,
like a phone in your head that wont stop ringing,
but no matter how you see us,
you like us don't or don't care,
the love found in our hearts and your kids,
will forever and ever be there!
