**I was really unsure where to put this one**

For anyone who feels like they’re in between and alone, like I do.

Searching around the darkness,
Wanting to be let in,
Sat alone, a freak on the outside,
But not welcome with freaks within,

I’m not with the bright people,
And I’m not with the darkness at all,
I’m sat here on my own,
And I stumble as I fall,

Watch me with my tears,
I colored black and red,
Watch me with my marks,
Where my skin has bled,
Watch me where I crumble,
Watch me where I fall,
Watch me as I stumble,
Watch me through it all,

Through all of this confusion,
I am still sat outside,
Not welcome with my old friends,
Not welcome, so I hide,

No one will let me in,
I have no type to blend to,
I’m not welcome as this black self,
And the things this heart has leaned to,

Watch me with my loneliness,
Watch me on my own,
Watch me on the fringes of the group,
The group with which I’d grown,
Watch me with my wanting,
Watch me with my fear,
Watch me with my hidden face,
Black from every tear,

I’m not trying to be fake,
Or somebody I’m not,
I’m trying to be the things I like,
I’m someone time forgot,

My friends have all sped past me,
Ran off into space,
Now I’m here and not fitting in,
With my Kohl eyes and pale face,

Watch me with my turning,
And my tossing to and fro,
Watch me as I look,
For somewhere I can go,
Watch me with this blood-stained,
Blade upon my shelf,
Watch me and walk on by,
I’ll still be sat here by myself.
