Texas

by Daniel J   Mar 6, 2005

In Texas you dwell,
who on earth could tell,
if it 'tweren't for your tassles on the side of your pants,
or the lassoo which you use in one of your rants,
or the boots which you wear,
which has a big tear,
due to spurs you have there.
O, who could detect your Texan ways?

That's aside from your accent,
when you say "hey y'all!"
and from the truck which you drive,
when your horse you cant ride,
and ignoring the meat,
which you always eat,
But besides for all these,
oh, who could detect your Texan ways?
