Living In Fear

Look over there, can't you see?
There's a little girl, sweet as can be.
You can try to talk, but she won't respond.
She's lost everything, even that tight bond
Her family treats her like junk
They hit her, beat her, she feels like she's sunk
EVeryday is a new nightmare
Everyday is a new scare
She's living in fear everyday
She never knows exactly what to say
Everything she's worked for has gone astray
Her life is no longer exciting and gay
But sad, and depressing, sorrowful, and dark
It's no longer a walk in the park
