I write this letter to my heart
to help make it understand
just why we are apart.
You kiss me with your words
and hold me with your eyes
You make love to me with your smile
Such a neat and clever disguise.
I promise you, ill never forget
the things you've done for me
and how glad i am we met.
Trying to live in the moment,
by forgetting about the past,
And so far it’s been working,
it’s really been a blast.
It’s not like I really know you
but you take up all my time,
but I get this funny feeling,
