Mirror, Mirror

I'm sick of looking in the mirror
And hating what i see
I want someone to look inside
And get to know the real me

High School is all about reps
Who's popular and who's not
No-one cares about a persons heart
Unless they're classified as hot

I try to change for them
And be who they want me to be
But it gets me upset when i come to realize
the person they want just isn't me

Someday somone will surprise me
They'll sweep me off my feet
But i have a feeling it won't be soon
Until me and this person meet

Until then I'll try to smile
And try to wipe away the tears
I'll learn to be who I am
And love the girl in the mirror

    awww that is so sad u should deffinatley be satisified with urself who cares what the popular kids think or whatever I'm the kinda kid that has a few good friends and is friends with everyone else too but I could care less what everyone thought but my best friends you should be the same way k!! well it's a great poem anyway you look at it tho k so keep up the good poems and smile for me k!!?!?!

    oh i like totally forgot to mention n teys beat me to it.. but i wrote this poem for my english speech and it was like bout peer pressure n stuff and i got like c- but my teacher said it was a gud speech it was just that i went for too long n wat i mean by too long i mean that my speech was 7 mins so i got hold of the record!! so i feel proud yay!!
