Me And My Duck

* I wrote this a year and four months ago ... so don't judge me! x

This is a story about a duck
He is purple and I love him very much
He named himself chuck
We go for walks and he climbs trees
I taught him how to read and write
And how to say please
And I taught him how to fight

Me & my duck have such a great time
What's his is ours and what's mine is mine
We share cos that's what best friends do
I taught him how to lift the seat and use the loo
Cos it really sucks when he pees on the floor
But he doesn't do that anymore
He is very well respected amongst the duck community
And he likes to take the opportunity
To thank me so he buys me lunch once a week
Ah, I love my duck, he’s such a freak

Having a duck can be so much fun
He's my very best friend, he really is
He won't let anyone take the teddy I gave him
Cos that poor bear is his
Chuck is quite a vicious little thing
I wanted to make him even more fun
So I tried to teach him to sing
But he thought it better to learn to use a gun
That's how I lost my foot, oh dear chuck
My lovely purple duck

I feel bad for people who don't like ducks
Living without them really sucks
Once upon a time Chuck went missing
When I found him he was busy kissing
A turkey, man they made a cute pair
So I brought the turkey home to be fair
Then Turkey nicked teddy and Chuck saw it
Man, that turkey was really for it
Chuck got his gun and shot that turkey dead
So I tidied him up, chopped off his head
And served Turkey for lunch next day
What can I say
He shouldn't have messed with me & my duck.
