They cared

by katie!   Mar 8, 2005

Remember when she was depressed
It made people so distressed
Worried, hoping she was ok
Scared about her every day

I'm so happy she's alright
Slighty hurt by the poem I read last night
But not blaming her because its true
I look in the mirror thinking look at you

I know what is wrong with me now
An eating disorder, And I wonder how
I ended up feeling so upset
Happiness a feeling that I do forget

Fake smile flicks on when I go to class
Eyes glaze over like cloudy glass
"Hello" "Hello" "I'm fine"
What a lie

Laughing at all the of the funny lines
Making out I'm having a fantastic time
Pretending that I need the loo
Thats where I take my drugs, teachers have no clue

I loved the way you wrote in a positive way in the beginnig and then in the end telling that it's a lie....well done Katie!!! Can you tell what featuring your poems means??? I really want to know, cause I feature all of my poems, but others in here don't!!!*hugs*
