Trapped...

Inside a hole, I'm trapped
surrounded by walls of misery
my hopes of getting out have collapsed
I'm gonna die this way-helplessly

suffocating on my own sorrows
fading away so helplessly
don't know if I'll make it tomorrow
I'm on the border of sane and insanity

rocking back and forth, i cry
singing out a broken lullaby
make me feel better, i don't care if you lie
wishing i could curl up and die

now I'm drowning in my own pity
thrashing and gasping for air
getting out of this won't be easy
I'm reaching for someone who isn't there

now I'm at the end of my rope
bleeding this disastrous life away
i was too trapped, there was no hope
believe it's better off this way
