I just dont know (part 2)

My best friend is in the hospital,
And I'm right by her side,
She is talking to me,
About how she wanted to be a bride.

The keemo is not working,
Needles are in her arm,
I knew I was going to lose her,
She was wearing our best friend charm.

She told me God talked to her,
He said it was her time,
She told me not to worry,
Because dieing isn't a crime.

I still dont know what she meant,
And I might not ever know,
All I know is its her time,
And I have to let her go.

I knew she was soon going to leave me,
So we both wore our charms,
She took her last breath in front of me,
I held both of her arms.

I held them so tightly,
Nurses tried to make me leave,
But I said that she is my best friend,
And I want to stay next to her and grieve.

At her funeral,
The rain kept a steady flow.
After the rain stopped,
There formed a beautiful rainbow.

Now, at least I know,
That she is at rest,
And at least I know,
She lived life to the very best.
