Its another chance just slipping away
as he steps back with nothing to say
at times he will feel out of place
its just another problem he has to face
nobody sees the feeling he might hide
and nobody sees him back off to the side
nobody will know how he will fare
nobody understands, does anybody care?
have you ever looked to see if he is in your crowd?
he isn't, hes by himself not thinking out loud
trying to clear his mind without saying a word
but his real thoughts were never actually heard
not saying anything and being alone
both of these he has now made his own
but the smile he shows is the image he'll send
but nobody knows that it is actually pretend
