Your so close.
Yet so far away.

Your death made me
think maybe I want to
stay.

Your love was gentle
yet so hard.

You thought no one
love you from the
start.

You cared so much,
and loved all.

Then you felt
your life fall.

You took your
own life.
Your in Gods hands
safe, and sound.

As your friends cry,
and mope around.

As we looked at your
body you looked so
cold.

Only I wish my hand
you could hold.

Our eyes so red our
face so pale.

We walked away
not knowing what
to say?

We cry, and cry
each, and every day.

We want you to know
we love you even though
you took your own life away.

This poem was written about a friend Mike who took his own life on January 20, 2000. He is very missed by all his friends, and family.
Please rate, and comment it would mean a lot to me.

Your comments on Nick's poems shock me immensely. Thanks for saying I'm pretty and all that!! It was wonderful and you sound really insightful and your name REALLY suits you. I couldn't thank you enough for all you've done and all you continue to do!! You don't know what it means to me!! I just can't find it in myself to comment back to what you say in there. Its all what i see, or what I thought I saw too. Love is extremely fickle though.

I had a boyfriend who dumped me today. He told me why and I nearly burst out crying. He called me prude or something and said that he doesn't like me because i don't give anyone head and that I'm too innocent. SoooOoO rude and disrespective towards me because I never, not once, gave him the impression that I would do anything with him. So, I'm really hurt by that.

Just telling you even though you might not care. Thanks!! :-D!!
