Better

by leah   Mar 10, 2005

You came knocking at my door saying you miss me and do I want some more. I say no I can love myself better then you do. I am through. You demanded I make all the changes then you could love me always. I turned into a chameleon. Looking your way waiting for your approval to have a good day. We have a beginning we have an end the middle was no fun. All shaky with discontent the lies. I see you now I see how you like the chase. You want to get what you want and when you get it you just want to escape. I am not the girl in your dreams that’s what dreams are for. You’re No good at loving what’s before you. You think there is always more. I am not into your games anymore. I think I love me better then you can, so don’t come knocking at my door.
