Every day
at noon
i run down to the beach
to sit and watch the show
i sit and watch
children laughing
and screaming
as they step on anenomies
feeling them close up
slimily
under their tiny feet
counting each umbrella
as a family puts it up
feeling the sun dance lightly
across my skin
until darkness
when every one packs up
and goes home for dinner
and i go home too
to wait once more
for the day beach to show
