Death's taste

Darkness surrounds me,
There’s no escape,
My nightmares haunt me,
Even when I'm awake,
The demons are coming,
Hiding behind every bend,
Trying to take me,
To join forces with them,
They're breaking me down,
I'm losing my voice,
The darkness is taking over,
And evil is the only choice,
They concurred my heart,
It's black and rotten,
The took me away,
As a soul forgotten,
It’s almost the end,
I don't see the light,
Trying to hold on,
Struggling to fight,
I hear the shrill cry,
It's coming, it's here,
It's pure evil,
The one only true fear,
The evil surrounds me,
It steals my soul in a cold embrace,
I lye there cold and dead,
I've felt deaths taste.
