My Head's in the Clouds (nonet)

Delicious patterns of candy pink
And the breeze that flutters calmly
I have my head in the clouds
White puffs alight my muse
Imagining life
Another’s view
Not of truth
My thoughts,
Glee.

A nonet is a poem with 9 syllables on the first line, 8 on the next, then 7, then 6... etc etc. That's why it's short and in this style.

    I think you did well here. I didn't even know what a nonet was until I read your description - it can't be easy to do, let alone writing a coherent poem as well - and a good one at that.
