My tears and your stars...

Tears falling up
falling upon the sky
so when you see a shooting star
well, now you know why

it's because my tears fall up
up to the stars
and when my tears hit a star
the star burns more and starts to soar

even though i love the stars
every time i start to cry
it's not on purpose and i don't mean to
but another star burns and dies

like me dying on the inside
and no one else can see
the fire from my star
the one inside of me

my fire's going out
and no one even knows
no one but me of course
but i guess that's the way life goes

i don't know what will happen
gosh i don't even know how to feel
it all happened so soon
but i guess I'll just learn to deal

every time i cry
I'm crying for you
but i guess i really shouldn't because i wind up hurting you

i don't wanna burn your stars
i surely don't do it on purpose
but you don't see me
just whats on the surface

so every time you see
a shooting star go by
please think of me
and wish for me not to cry

but if you do see me crying
I'm sorry to let you know
but i killed another beautiful star
that used to shine bright and glow
