United Through Tears

My tears are made of salt and water, just like yours

Mine run off my face and hit the floor

So do your tears, just like mine

When you let them free, it slowly puts ease to your mind

I know this because through our tears we are united

We watch each others tears begin to pour

Hidden pain releases itself from the dark

It eats my happiness like a hungry shark

You feel this to because they are the same tears

But they come from different problems and different fears

But my sister, we both wipe our cheeks

We are strong and stand firm on our feet

This is to more then just one person, everyone who cries

Because they lost love, or because they found lies

We are all brothers and sisters though this common trend

I shed my tear, till the very end

Don't cry alone, try to fight it

Because through our tears we are all united
