The Blood

by Emily   Mar 13, 2005

Let the blood drip from my eyes,
As I stare at my reflection,
Watching the tears drip from my eyes.

Let my body fall to the ground,
Soaked in blood,
All around.

For mischief, and wonder,
Let my body roam,
so I can find a place I can call home.

Let me run free in the forest at night,
Ad the day come far away.
And as the sticks crack beneath my feet,
I feel in my heart, I need to stay.

To let my blood drip through the threads,
The pain, and misery,
Through my veins.

Let it drip in candle light,
In the dark room behind the house in the woods.
The house that's hidden,
So far behind,

Nothing more can think to mind,
To try to come across this house,
To see what they can really find.
Let the blood drip from my face..

So I can watch my reflection in the mirror,
As I cry the tears I cry.
With the bloody thorns off the dark red rose,
Let me feel the pain.

Let me hear the cries at night,
Let my blood so drain.
Bite the flesh of my soft, tender neck,
So I can feel alive..

But don't let me die here,
Feeling weak, for my eyes, they only cry.
Let me live forevermore,
So I can prove I'm worthy.

So bite my neck, so sweet and tender,
To get a good taste if me.
To feel the warmth and smoothness,
Of the sweet and solid blender.

Abide the right of being one,
The one of dead, the Devil's son.
Let's go play in the forest,
And have a great fun time.

So I can spend my days like you,
My weeks, and years true to do,
But let us have a great fun time,
For that to spend our life.

The blood that runs down,
Let it drop to the ground,
And forevermore eat away,
At everything that lays.

Let the blood tickle my neck,
And let the hole swell up,
So I can feel the pain,
Of the blood that rips my heart,
And tears me up.
