Second chance

Every night i look into the stars
and wait for my time to come
a time where i can be the hero
instead of the one being rescued

ups and downs in my life
have got where i am
for the cutting and the eating
and not knowing where to go

my parents that don't care
friends who are sick of all of it
no one believes me anymore
so i sit and let my blood drain

everyone has left
my soul to die
i can do this alone
i just cant try

so i sit and write
to everyone i know
waiting for my death
reading what i wrote:

I CANT LIVE A LIFE ALONE
NO ONE SEE'S WHO I REALLY AM
AND I CANT TELL A SOUL
I WILL ALWAYS END UP DEAD
EACH PATH ILL EVER TAKE
SO I END MY JOURNEY
HERE TODAY AND WISH

I WISH U LOVED ME TOO

i make my way to life's end
with the gun to my head
i cant take this anymore
I'd rather be dead

right before i pull the trigger
i open up my eyes
i see light and playful kids
singing in the skies

theres more to life
than just u
is only what i heard
so i put the gun down
and live a second chance
