When It's Dark And Stormy

by Leah   Mar 14, 2005

The window,
So foggy.

Watching it rain.
Raining my tears,
The reflection of them,
Revealing,
my hiding fears.

The hole of secrets,
Beneath my skin,
This heavy rain of tears,
Dripping off my chin.

Just watching
two sets of rainfalls,
At one time.

Criticizing my eternal crime.

But you helped me through those days, when nothing seemed to matter.

When everything I thought about would always shatter.

You where there you saved me, when my nights were dark and stormy.

You reached out your heart, to touch me.

But these tears have returned,
nothing will save me,

Not one can unlock my unreadable diary.

But you, you saved me once, and I couldn't save you,

You were broken
And yet you told me I flew.

Now I'm crying,
I can see your fearless face through this window,
But it's invisible.

It's you, I can guarantee.

I see you,
Every night,
Your in this window,

Every time its dark and stormy.
