She wanted him
he wanted her
nothing was ever going to keep them apart
that was for sure

then came along
that out of nowhere move
she said she wasn't going
but her parents forced her too

they had already been apart
for weeks now
they were going to be together again
they just didn't know how

she decided to run
2000 miles away
so that she could see

neither of them knew
they just both took off
they knew what they had to do

days past by
they were both missing then
they parents so worried they thought
both were dead

he called her
she called him
neither phones were answered
they were scared then

near a railroad track
she was found
dead, raped, and murdered
nothing heard not a sound

police caught up with him
told him the truth
he broke down in shock and tears
thought it was his fault he knew

hours after he got home
he said it was because of what he did
