Voices

We hear them all the time, trying to figure out what they are saying

is it about you is it about me, i cant hear their voices are fading

what is that, did they just call me a name, said i didn't fit in because i didn't talk right or because i don't dress right or is that i have weird hair

whatever, let them talk their talk, its not like i care

i know the truth and what i do, its OK to be different even if its not true

they can say whatever they want, let them make fun, ill be just fine as long as i have a friend like you

they said I'm gay, just because i don't hit on girls, well just because I'm a gentleman, is that why i don't fit in

I'm not gay, and God knows I'm not, I'm not trying to impress them, I'm not trying to get a win

i have faith in myself, AND FAITH IN MY FRIENDS, thay can say whatever they want, i know that person in the mirror

i am a man of God, i know right from wrong, let them tell everyone, but don't hide behind my back thinking i cant hear

They will not hurt me, just with there words, you can put me to the test

i don't care what they say, ill keep a straight face, wave at them and say

    Nick, that was amazing!!!!!!! I read your email and I understood every word you said. I know that every word of it was true, but its just so hard to be alone at school when there are so many people out there I once were friends with. I've changed so much because of all the pain I've gone through. I'll try to listen to your advice, I really will, but to apply it in real life is so much harder. But I'm just now getting into that attitude. I'm in school so that I can learn, not socialize, so that's what I'll do. God Bless you Nick! You're a life saver!!

    and I'm sorry that people around you call you gay, they're just fags with no lives. They're prolly jealous of you cuz you write great poems, you are a lot more mature than people our age, you're smarter, and you actually have a life online and offline. Not to mention, you just don't worry about girls, because they'll come to you. You don't have to be fake to get a girl, and I love how you do that. You just sit back and relax and let them flock to you once they realize that moronic jocks are more concerned about sex than the girl themselves. And it'll be up to you to blow them off like they once did to you, or you can accept them like you accepted me after I hurt you. =-), thanks again for always being a great!! friend and being there. It really means a lot to me and I'm here for you too!! It seems to me like I'm the one always complaining, but its just cuz you never talk!! lol!! So talk to me about ANYTHING!!!
