Hiding in the Dark

by Kayla   Mar 18, 2005

With no light
We cannot see
Or live in any harmony

In the dark
The shadows creep
And makes its prisoners weep

It has no mercy
And it traps us under
With booming sounds of thunder

No one really sees
It haunts our heads with dreams
And very loud screams

The blood runs down
And leaves a stain
And a great stinging pain

And when darkness fades
A light is there
But not one we can bare

It saves us from the dark
But traps us always
In its never ending hallways

Hmm. Interesting. One thing. Bear is either an animal with four legs and eats fish, or it is a verb that means to withstand. Bare is naked. 'Tis all.
