Shot her down

by Amanda   Mar 19, 2005

Do you really love me daddy
And if you do, why treat me so badly

Am I just your distortedly bad child
Is there anyway I can rebuild

All I want to do is be your wonderful daughter
But it seem's that you have shot her

You put her down
Without her lovely crown

All you do is criticize her
Instead of encourage your innocent daughter

What is she to do with all her pain
When there isn't anything left for her to gain

You diminish her thought's
And look what you have brought

Weakness, misery, and no self esteem
She might look deformed as it may seem

I can see it now, all that steam
Her loneliness, she can only redeem

What is a little girl to do
With all this shit you put her through
