The stories worth more than gold
Broken arms and broken toys
Are things not to forget
Continuous mischief making’
All things not to regret
Parents and family aren't chosen
Just given to hold and love
To be there for our whole life’s
Like angels sent from above
When asked who should be brought back
Just my grandpa I clearly say
Not just because I loved him
But because he deserved to stay
The worst things happen to the best
The ones who never hurt a soul
The ones who deserved the world
The ones that shouldn't of grown old
When I think about my grandpa
I never had the chance to say goodbye
Never told him how much I loved him
Only ever had the chance to cry
Grandpa knows I’ll always love him dearly
He knows it’s him ill always remember
Life’s like a letter, when it’s sent it’s away
My grandpa isn’t gone, just returned to sender.
